These terms apply to your use of this website and to any quote or work you request from Southern Standard Wash Co. ("we", "us"). By using the site or booking work, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book work.

What we do

We provide residential exterior cleaning, including pressure washing, paver sealing, roof cleaning, and window cleaning, in Clearwater and the surrounding Tampa Bay area.

Quotes and estimates

The instant quote on this site is an estimate, not a final price or a binding offer. It is calculated from the details you enter, so it is only as accurate as those details. We confirm the final price with you before any work begins, and it may differ from the estimate if the size, surface, or condition of the job turns out to be different from what was entered. You are never charged anything by using the quote tool.

Scheduling and access

Once work is booked, you agree to give us safe access to the areas being cleaned and, where needed, the use of an outdoor water supply. We may need to reschedule for weather or safety, and we will let you know as early as we can.

Payment

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due when the work is finished. We will tell you the accepted payment methods when we confirm your booking.

Your property

We take reasonable care on every job. To help us do that, please move or secure fragile and valuable items and close windows and doors before we arrive. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage, such as failing window seals, loose or missing mortar, previously damaged surfaces, oxidation, or coatings that were already deteriorating.

If something is not right

If you are not happy with the work, tell us and we will come back to make it right. Because the same person does the work, there is no runaround.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to our work is limited to the amount you paid for that work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
